Meet Aimee
I am a professional photographer with an extensive 20 years of experience in the field, recognized for my keen eye in capturing the intricate nuances of both natural beauty and deep human emotion. Currently, I hold a unique dual role as both a freelance photographer and a staff photographer at the esteemed Natural History Museum Photographic Unit. In my freelance endeavors, I have had the privilege of photographing a wide array of stunning events and beautiful weddings across various captivating locations.
I aim to create powerful images that tell a story and inspire real feelings in the viewer. Whether it's a spontaneous moment or a planned shot, my goal is to capture the true essence of every moment of an event and every quirk of every subject in my photography.
I'm honoured to work as a staff photographer at the Natural History Museum, where I have been able to capture the natural world in a completely different way. Whether it's documenting new scientific discoveries, capturing the intricate details of specimens, or photographing press and events at the Museum. Such as Royal visits to Greta Thunberg launching a book.
I pride myself on my professionalism and dedication to my craft. Over the years, I have acquired an intimate knowledge of all photographic processes and advanced editing and retouching skills. I am committed to meeting strict deadlines while delivering high-quality work that goes above and beyond my clients’ expectations. I approach each project with meticulous attention to detail and a creative eye, ensuring that my imagery is both engaging and dynamic, working tirelessly to exceed expectation earning a reputation as a reliable and skilled photographer within my field.
